The staff were amazing ongoing into A and E reassured by Dr's and nurses as I was very frightened due to severe chest pains. The staff on the cardiac backward were very professional, friendly and polite, especially Charlene and Laura. Consultants and cardiac were superb. I cannot thank you enough for looking after me and all done with a smile. Can't think of anything to improve.

I liked that on every shift change the names of the people looking after you was put on the boards of each bay. From the people cleaning the floor to serving food all staff seemed clear of purpose and sensitively dealt with my varying care needs in the 10 days I had to stay. A big thank you to all the nursing staff at what was a difficult time for me.

I can't think of anything to be improved. best care ever.
Toilet paper could be softer.
Food was very well thought out and good portions. Very nice.

Everything was good. The nurses were the best I've ever seen, nothing too much trouble and wonderful teamwork. Always happy and smiling! Clean sheets, towels, nightgowns every day. Food better than usual. Efficient doctors rounds each day. Smelly bins outside window should be moved. Unable to open windows!
